Grow with data and experiments
Build a data-informed cycle: frame a question, measure product events, ground a hypothesis in research, and track experiments with reviewable notes.
What you get from this solution
Recommended path
- 1. Turn a goal into a questionمرحله تعریف
Replace a broad growth goal with a reviewable question and state what decision its answer could change; record definitions and limits in Notion.
- 2. Review product eventsمرحله مشاهده
In PostHog, review only the events and paths relevant to the question; check notice and privacy requirements before collection.
- 3. Build a research-informed hypothesisپیش از آزمایش
Use Perplexity to find relevant context and sources; record source quality and uncertain points separately.
- 4. Track, run, and reviewچرخه بازبینی
Document the experiment and its limits, add an internal alert if useful, then record the evidence review and next decision.

Review events and usage paths against specific team questions.
View product and buyFind sources and initial context, then verify claims independently.
View product and buyConnect an internal report or alert to a workflow only when useful.
View product and buyDocument the question, hypothesis, review method, and next decision.
View product and buyData is not an answer by itself; its value is helping clarify team questions and make decisions reviewable. This path starts with observation and ends with a documented decision.
Separate the question from the goal
Goals such as “more growth” are not specific enough for analysis. State which behavior you want to understand, which decision depends on it, and document event definitions and analysis scope.
- Write a bounded question connected to a decision.
- Identify the events and paths needed to examine it.
- Review notice, consent, and data minimization.
Pair observation with research
PostHog helps review recorded behavior, but interpretation depends on event definitions and product context. Perplexity can help find initial sources; verify references and claims before using them in important decisions.
- Record the question and hypothesis in Notion.
- Review relevant events with data limitations in mind.
- Keep the method and review outcome so the next decision is traceable.
If automated reporting or alerts help the team, add n8n as an optional step. Limit the workflow so it does not move unnecessary data and remains reviewable by the team.
Connect findings to a decision
- Note findings, sources, and uncertainty separately.
- Compare the result with the original question.
- State and document the next decision or question.
